Refund policy

Due to the nature of this product, refunds are not accepted once the item is shipped. If an order is canceled before shipment, there will be a $10 restocking fee. Custom items are non-refundable once processed, however, we are more than happy to replace the item to your satisfaction.

Your order is eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery (due to a craftsmanship error). We will fix and or replace your item.

We must receive the defective item back to fix it and or send out a replacement.

There will be no refunds issued for items ordered too small or too large due to a sizing error on the customer's part.
